These Bio Green Frosty Propane Gas Heaters are designed for use in your Polytunnel or Greenhouse and are extremely efficient. These gas heaters are thermostatically controlled so are perfect for maintaining the ideal temperature, whether that is to heat it to propagation temperatures or maintain a healthy growing temperature all year round or just to keep it frost free through the winter months.
Supplied with a Regulator and 80cm of Gas hose as well as a full 3 year Guarantee.
Built in thermostat - accurately controls the temperature within your greenhouse, range - 0 - 25*C / 32 - 77*F
When your set temperature is reached the main burner cuts out leaving the pilot light in, as the temperature falls the main burner will re-ignite.
Easy Lighting - Simple push button piezo ignition.
Maximum Safety - with flame failure and CO2 sensors.
Wall or Floor mountable - the heaters are supplied with brackets for both applications.
Suitable to heat a Polytunnel or Greenhouse up to 10ft x 20ft - physical size of heater - 370mm wide x 140mm deep x 370mm high. Has a gas consumption of 340g/h on full power.

This heater is actually very good. But the reason I’ve only rated it 3 stars , is because I wanted to heat my greenhouse over the winter months, I had this heater on at 13 degrees for one night and used a whole bottle of propane gas in this amount of time. So very expensive to run if your wanting to grow plants over winter. Heater is great but very expensive for what I intended it for, £23 a bottle of propane for about 48 hrs, So it’s not running, back to the drawing board. First tunnels were excellent to deal with, first class customer service, heater is great but I’m not sure exactly what benefits it can give as its so costly to run and is not Cost effective. |

Customers in the Blue and Red areas with an order value less then £75.00, shipping costs will be £4.95. For orders above £75.00, delivery is FREE. For customers in the Orange areas, shipping costs will be £80 for Eire and £30 for Northern Ireland irrespective of order value. Please note, the cost of £80 for customers in Eire includes a £50 customs clearance charge which we pay in advance on your behalf, ensuring there are no unexpected costs upon import.
For those very small orders, such as tape, books or irrigation spares, we may be able to offer a smaller charge to cover postage and packing, please call the office for a quote.
